This will be an upper end "C" ride designed for those who want to average about 15.5 MPH rolling/moving. THIS WILL NOT BE A "B" RIDE. Average will remain in "C" range. This will be a higher level activity meant to raise heart level, burn calories, and increase endurance. Ride will be between 20 and 25 miles over different routes. Rides may include some sprints up to 20/21 MPH. No planned rest stops but will rest as needed to hydrate, refill water bottles, or recover if needed.
