Appetizers: Jerk Chicken Skewers and Vegetable Quesadillas

Salad:  House Salad

Entrée Choices:

  • Cashew Crusted Catfish with Saffron rice, asparagus, & apple cider cream sauce
  • Grilled or Caramelized Salmon with Dijon cream, mashers, & asparagus
  • Grilled Angus Sirloin - 8 oz center cut sirloin with demi-glace, risotto & sauteed mushrooms
  • Chicken Carbonara – Chicken with peas, bacon, Parmesan cheese sauce & linguine
