The following appeared in today's Cape Gazette:

The Wheels for Meals Jack O’Hollaren Annual Bike Ride was held June 21. More than 200 registrants rode courses ranging from 10 to 100 miles, beginning and ending at Hudson Fields near Milton.

Thanks to the riders, more than 50 volunteers and many generous sponsors, the event is estimated to have raised close to $15,000 for Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth.

Sussex Cyclists were a big help in developing and marking the various routes as well as providing support and gear on the road.

Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth delivers 115,000 meals a year to about 325 homebound area residents.
