  Leap Frog Bicycle Tour Saturday, May 31, 2025 A leap from pond-to-pond in central and southern Delaware. The courses are laid out to offer a unique look at the beautiful wet and dry scenery of central and lower Delaware. Ride routes are mostly flat. There are two rest stops for the full metric century ride and one for the half metric century. Rest room facilities, food and drink will be available at all stops and the finish. Every year, Sussex Cyclists teams up with DelDOT and State Police to host bicycle safety checkpoints offering repairs, lights, helmets, and safety info to the public. Below is this year's schedule. No special skills needed—just a willingness to help! Tasks may    include handing out materials, making minor bike adjustments, and installing lights or reflective tape. These events are also a great way for members to connect, socialize, and bring guests along to get involved. It's a fun, rewarding experience for all!
